Day One: Journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda
You will leave Kampala in the morning and make a stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for pictures, check out the experiments carried out at the equator, have a snack while looking around in the craft shops and then get back on the journey heading for Masaka. Have lunch in Mbarara and continue to Kasese through the vast and eye catching tea plantations and other features. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jakana Safari Lodge/ Simba Safari lodge
Day Two: Game Drive and Launch Cruise
Game drive in the morning which might reward you with views of animals like Elephants, Buffaloes, antelopes, lions, warthogs, leopards and a lot more. Go back to your lodge for lunch after which you will head for Kazinga Channel for the afternoon launch cruise at the Kazinga channel where you may see a variety of bird species including Flamingoes and aquatic animals like crocodiles and hippos. Dinner and Overnight as above
Day Three: Chimp Tracking Safari
Go to Kyambura gorge for the morning chimpanzee trekking expedition. Depart for Lake Mburo National park with a stop in Mbarara. Dinner and over night at Mantana Tented Camps/Rwonyo Camp
Day Four: Nature Walk & Boat Ride
You will go for a nature walk in the morning, walk on the impala and zebra tracks and even visit the salt lick where animals go to lick the salt on these salt rocks. Head back to your lodge for lunch before returning to lake for your afternoon boat ride. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge
Day Five: Game drive and departure
Wake up early for your morning game drive which may reward you with views of animals like Hyenas, Jackals, Zebras, Buffaloes, Warthogs, Water bucks, Bush bucks, Topis and many more. Return to your lodge before you embark on your journey back to Kampala where the safari ends.
